We live in a culture where we get a steady diet of disrespect. Our young adults coming into maturity now have probably been fed more disrespect, more dishonor, more disrespect toward authority than any other generation. There is a principle inside of honor that unlocks mighty things from God. Honor unlocks the gifts in other people that God has sent to you. It is a powerful principle.

Honor is something that has to be given and you%u2019ve got to be able to recognize something to honor it. The Bible puts it this way: there%u2019s a treasure that was hidden in a field and the Kingdom resembles a treasure hidden in a field and for the joy of that treasure the man sold all he had and bought the whole field. You know something? Everybody has something that is a treasure about them and everybody has something that%u2019s just dirt.
