Vault Helpful Tips

Please make sure you are using the correct login and password.
If you have multiple logins you may need to use a different one if you are having trouble with the login.


UPDATING OR CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION
**If your subscription is EXPIRED or CANCELLED then you will need to sign up again. You cannot update the credit card on an expired/cancelled subscription. You can go to the app or CLICK HERE to sign back up.
-Please login to your account.
-Select AUTO PAY UPDATE/CANCEL.
-Select the one you want to change.
-Select the option to update or cancel.
-This will then allow you to go to another page to update the payment if you are not cancelling.

You MUST login to your account to make any changes to your subscription as long as your subscription is active.

Customer service hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am - 6 pm est. Offices are closed on Fridays.

RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD
If you need to reset your password please CLICK HERE and select Forgot Password. You will be redirected to another page to enter your login, then answer your security question. You will be emailed a temporary password.
